Searching for a forever home
AKC Registered German Shepherd female out of West German show lines. She was my top female pick from one of my previous litters, and I chose to keep her back as a potential replacement for her mother. Because of that, I have had the privilege of whelping her, raising her, and watching her grow from a puppy into the beautiful young female she is today. She is very sweet, confident, laid-back, and easygoing. She has been around horses and cows and is comfortable around different animals—although I will admit, she does enjoy a good rabbit chase every now and then! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, both male and female, and she is great with people and children. She genuinely doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She has such a sweet, easygoing personality and is simply a pleasure to be around. My dogs are primarily raised and kept outside, but she has spent time in the house and knows how to use a dog door when she needs to go outside to do her business. She rides well in the car, has been on a leash, and knows her “sit.” She is a very adaptable girl and I think she would do well in a variety of homes. She is current on her vaccines and worming, and I recently had her rabies vaccination done as well.
This is not an easy decision for me because I have raised her from the very beginning and she has always been special to me. More than anything, I want to find her the best possible home, a home where she will be loved, included, spoiled, and given all the attention she deserves. She has so much to offer the right family, and so my goal isn’t simply to find her a home—it’s to find her the right home where she will be cherished.
